About IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Aravali College of Engineering and Management, Faridabad, established in 2021, serves as a cornerstone in driving excellence and sustaining high standards across all academic and administrative domains. With a strong commitment to continuous improvement, the IQAC actively promotes a culture of quality, innovation, and best practices within the institution.

It ensures transparency, accountability, and efficiency in all processes, while fostering an environment that supports holistic development, academic rigor, and institutional growth. Through its proactive initiatives, the IQAC plays a vital role in shaping a progressive, student-centric, and quality-driven educational ecosystem.

Objectives & Functions

IQAC Objectives

  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems in line with NAAC and NBA guidelines.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in academic processes, teaching-learning, and evaluation methods based on OBE principles.
  • Facilitate attainment of Program Outcomes (POs), Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs), and Course Outcomes (COs) as prescribed by NBA.
  • Promote a learner-centric environment supported by innovative pedagogy, ICT tools, and experiential learning.
  • Institutionalize periodic academic and administrative audits, including internal and external quality reviews.
  • Strengthen documentation, data management, and evidence-based reporting for NAAC and NBA accreditation processes.
  • Coordinate preparation and submission of AQAR, SSR (NAAC), and SAR (NBA) reports.
  • Encourage research, innovation, consultancy, and industry interaction in alignment with accreditation standards.
  • Establish effective feedback mechanisms involving students, faculty, alumni, and employers.
  • Promote faculty development programs, training, and capacity building.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining global quality benchmarks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, transparency, accountability, and institutional excellence.

Functions of IQAC

  • Establish quality benchmarks for curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular, and administrative activities in accordance with NAAC and NBA standards.
  • Create a learner-centric, inclusive, and outcome-based environment that promotes quality education and holistic development.
  • Collect, analyze, and utilize feedback from stakeholders to enhance institutional processes and academic performance.
  • Disseminate information on quality standards, best practices, and accreditation parameters in higher education.
  • Organize workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), seminars, and conferences focused on quality enhancement and professional growth.
  • Systematically document all academic and administrative activities aimed at continuous quality improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive institutional database to support data-driven decision-making and accreditation requirements.
  • Foster and institutionalize a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the campus.
  • Promote a vibrant research culture, innovation, and industry collaboration in line with national and global standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance, sustenance, and enhancement strategies for students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
  • Act as a central coordinating body for all quality-related initiatives, including the adoption and implementation of best practices.
